1. How do I find an E-Card?
Answer: You can pick from a selection of our most popular E-Cards on our main page. Or you can select from the Categories given on the left hand side menu. Also, ecards for important Occasions coming up will be found on the right hand side menu.

2. How do I send an E-Card?
Answer: Once you have selected the desired E-Card, click on the thumbnail or the link to personalize it. Remember to fill out all the boxes completely, double checking the recipient's email address to be sure that it goes to the right person. After you're finished, click the "Preview before sending" button to preview what will be sent. If everything looks right, click the "Send Postcard!" button to send your E-card. If you feel that more modifications are needed, just click the "Back to Edit" button to return to the editing screen.

3. How do I send to multiple recipients?
Answer: You can send upto 5 recipients at once. Select the number of recipients by using the drop down "Recipients" box. A recipient will only see that the E-Card was sent by you. They will not see other names or email addresses that you have selected.

4. Can I select an E-Card to be sent on a specific date?
Answer: Sure, you can. You can select any date in the next 30 days. Just select the date you want the card to be sent from the "Date to send card?" drop down box. If you want to send the card rightaway, just leave the "Date to send card?" option as it is.

5. What if the sender did not receive the E-Card?
Answer: Our service is extremely reliable. It might be that you had mistyped the recipient email.

6. Can I know if the recipient viewed my E-Card?
Answer: Yes. We provide that facility. Just click the "Yes" in the last option on the page - "Notify me by email when the recipient reads this greeting." When the recipient views the E-Card, you will be notified at the email id that you provided at the time of personalizing the E-Card.

7. How long is my E-Card saved?
Answer: E-Cards are saved for 30 days from the date the E-Card is sent to the recipient. You can view your E-Card anytime within these 30 days.

8. How can I change the font of my E-Card?
Answer: You can customize the color, font face and size of the font used in the E-Card by choosing from the appropriate options from the "Font" drop-down boxes next to the "Message" box.

9. What other options do I have in customizing the E-Card?
Answer: You can change the stamps, card layout, card background color, wallpaper, back-ground music by choosing the appropriate options while personalizing your E-Card.

10. How do I pick up an E-Card?
Answer:
Option 1: The notification email sent to you will contain a link to go directly to your E-Card. If you're unable to access your greeting by clicking on the link, please cut and paste the full URL into your browser's location bar.
Option 2: The notification email sent to you will also contain a Pickup Code. Just copy the Pickup Code and go to our main page and paste it in the Pickup Code box situated on the top center of the page.

11. I have trouble viewing animated E-Cards. What do I do?
Answer: Most of our E-cards can be viewed easily by just clicking on the link in your notification email. However, we do have some cards which require the Macromedia Flash plugin. This plugin is installed by default on most browsers nowadays but in case it isn't, you will be prompted by the browser to install it. After installing it, you will be able to view the animated E-Card. You can install the Macromedia Flash plugin by clicking here. [will open in new window]

Answer: Please use our feedback form. We might not be able to answer each of your questions personally. But we will certainly try to incorporate your doubts/queries into the FAQ page.

13. How can I add smileys to my message?
Answer: Next to the message compose box, click the help icon and you can see the list of smileys available. For example, typing :-) in the message will display the smiley . However, if you do not want the smiley, you just remove the nose. So, type :-) as :) if you do not want the smiley. Check out the other smileys available by clicking on the help icon next to the message box.
